i have 70% no claims do i lose all of this in one go?
It depends entirely on your insurance companies policies and if you have "protected" ncb.
Some companies will not scrap the full amount of ncb but will knock a percentage off.
If you have protected NCB then again it differs by company but most allow 1 or 2 accidents in a year or x amount in a 3 year period etc.
Check with your insurance company as they are the only ones who can answer fully.
In CA, What is a statue of limitation on a malpractice lawsuit ? at a medical hopsital?

How long does a patient have to contact an attorney and bring a malpractice suit to court?
Something happened about a year ago at a hospital (June of 2007 and it is 2008 now)( California )
Talk to an attorney, but I think that it has to be filed within a year.

I wrote to a few of the lenders who were supposedly referred by others here and I believe they are not real people who truly are looking to help. I have a mortgage to pay which of course is very high and I barely make it every month and that was hard enough but now my daughters son died this past month 7 days old. Due to medical funeral ETC. I am facing not having the funds to pay my mortgage on the 31st which is the latest and I cannot refinance until Ive held the loan for at least 6 months this will be my sixth payment. I only needed this mortgage till my wrongful death lawsuit is settled the lawyers asked me to be patient so as to get the amount they felt I was entitled to so I took out the mortgage I planned to be able to repay as soon as the 1 year prepayment penalty was up but now I just don’t know what to do. I need to at least make this payment asap for this months mortgage for them to consider the refinancing of my mortgage. IF anyone knows of either a company that will refinance me or an honest lender who is just an ordinary person when I receive my settlement I am willing to return 100% of what Borrow plus equal the amount in other words double.

1) Are you from Nigeria?
2) Who on earth is going to believe in a scam like this?
3) What excuse are going to give an "Honest" person when you don’t pay them?
4) What makes you think you can pick out an honest person- would it be someone that is the opposite of you?
5) If you were hit by a flood in 2007 and were hit with such disaster, how can you not cope now? This would be considered tragic, but not at the tune of $200k.
6) Please let me know if someone falls for your scam- I would like to meet them and tell them "honestly" that if they want to throw their money away, I would appreciate having it since I am truly a hard working American.
7) If you are so honest, why is your profile locked down to the point no can even see who else you have tried to scam? Oh wait- I just answered that question…

Clarification of the Petition by Tim Mulcahy (November 18, 2008)
I want to clarify my Petition. It was for Zero Alcohol and for speeding where demerit points are lost, the link is www.tylermulcahy.com so you can understand my petition. Zero alcohol has been put forth, but the speeding law has not yet been decided. Over 7500 people have signed my petition in 4 months. Most are parents or grandparents. There is a video and song on there that may be of interest. I reviewed the statistics today with the Minister of Transportation and they overwhelmingly point to the age group discussed having a much higher death rate due to alcohol and speed. The single passenger law to age 19, (excluding siblings), was not on my petition, but was petitioned by another family whose son died, and statistics do prove that fatal and bad injury accidents are much higher in these incidents. I am sure there are many safe drivers in this age category, and I understand your concerns but there are also many young drivers who are not safe drivers as well. These laws will be discussed before being put in place and you can petition your local MPPS to do what is right based upon facts and public opinion.
