Get a lawyer immediately! Do not sign off on that! Your child’s life is worth way more than a thousand dollars. Thank God your baby is safe! Medical malpractice is inexcusable and they should not be let off the hook for that.

Do not sign anything. Talk to your doctor about the potential long-term effects of the over-medication, and talk to a lawyer about your rights. Since this happened to a child, you may have until the child is 18 to proceed against Walgreens. Wait until you know if she will have problems as a result (I pray she doesn’t). Usually when someone is offering money right away, it’s because they know they are on the hook for a lot more and they hope you’ll get excited about their offer and not investigate further.

I agree with the last answer you received, that is awful and especially a pharmacist who we would trust to give the right dosage…Wow I say definately take her to doctors and find out that everything is ok and will be ok and if not than what the worst thing that could happen….Then in the mean time you need to call an attorney asap….. Depending on where you are from I know a really good group of attorneys who would definately love to speak with you……Good Luck and I wish You and your baby the best and fight for her if nothing else….That little sweet darling did not deserve that…….Prayers are with you for all your family deserves….

WTF 30 times the prescribed dosage thats ridiculus dont sign off for $1000. get advise from a doctor about possible future problems and short term problems and see a lawyer and get a hell of a lot of money for them getting it wrong in the first place and even then make sure they are still liable for any future problems
