No one is going to believe your phantom taxi cab that caused you to crash. Even if there were one, it wouldn't cause you to crash because you should have stopped and notified the police when he tried to hit you the fist time. You flipping has nothing to do with your speed it is the speed of the person who hit you. Call the local taxi companies and ask about a damaged car.
