Can you claim for an injury caused by an accident not at work. E.g. Caused by equipment, (at a public establishment) And its likely to cause injury even when used properly as intended. I know that this specific thing has caused others injury to. Seems very inappropriate to have it really. In fact the more you use it as your supposed to the more likely you are to be injured…. seems ridiculous.
