If you have collision coverage, you can use it and your insurance will go after their insurance and your deductible will be returned to you. If you don't have collision coverage, you'll have to file a claim with the other driver's insurance.

It is a good idea to contact both insurance companies either way.
References :
Report the accident to your insurance company, and file the claim with hers. You want your company to have a record of the accident, in case she tries to claim that you are at fault.

Her company should pay for your damages.

As to a police report, in many areas, if there is no injuries and all vehicles are drivable, the police do not write reports. They have the drivers exchange information, and send them on their way.
References :
30 years in the auto business

Both. And then pray that the other driver doesn't deny ever having seen much less hit you. Never, ever, ever, leave the scene of an accident without getting a police report. I don't care what the cops say about minor accidents or how long it takes, without a police report you're whistling in the dark if the other driver denies guilt or denies that the accident happened.
References :
Been driving for 54 years.
