		<description>Typically working on behalf of the Insurance Company they grind down the policy holders claims in order to reduce the 'losses' to the Company .... since they get paid based on some 'loss reduction targets' they often refuse perfectly legitimate claims on some 'technicality' (often simply made up on the spot ..)
