how does accident claim companies work?

i just need to know how claim companies work..i.e i got accident and i go to one of the local claim company then explain me the procedure afterward if you know
They will basically claim for loss of earnings past and future and for any injuries you sustain as long as the accident was not your own fault.
You will need full hospital records and your employer records in order to stand any chance in a claim.

Why are you going to a "local claim company"? You should be talking to your own insurance company. Some insurers use independent claim adjusters when their own people are busy, but you need to talk with your company first.
