		<description>I must respectfully disagree with my adjusting colleague Pamela S. The statute of limitations (SOL) is in fact the time frame allowed to settle a claim. The claim has to be settled or a lawsuit filed by the SOL date or you lose the legal right to compensation. 

The time frames that Pamela gave are correct, but hopefully the claims has already been presented. If not don't delay.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Claim adjuster 23 years and counting</description>
