i need a lawyer who cares about the little guy.?
i was employed for 71/2 years at best buy in palm desert. we got a new general manager who asked me to do something that was clearly not company policy and or illeagal. i respectfully declined and because i wouldn’t do dirt, i was constantly harassed, set up for entrapment, held against my will under duress in a literal life and death situation,had evidence planted against me, had the N-WORD used against me, discriminated against, and was wrongfully suspended and then fired.and can prove every single word. i have my suspension live in real time recorded as well as drug activity among co-workers and managers. i was approved for unemployment due to the wrongful suspension but best buy directly made sure i personally did no receive anything. i have more than enough evidence to prove everything that i stated plus over 20 other incidents pertaining to defrauding
the consumer, felony hit and run-which i have the lic plate # and pictures of the damage. someone please help.

You could talk to the EEOC. If they say you don’t have a case, then move on. If they think your case is valid they’ll pursue it for you.
